These terms apply to cedarandbethel.com and to calls and text messages from Cedar & Bethel LLC ("Cedar & Bethel", "we", "us"). By using the site or submitting our form, you agree to them.
What we do
We buy houses from homeowners. Sending us your property information is a request for us to look at it and contact you. It does not create an offer, a contract or any obligation for you or for us. Any purchase happens only under a separate written agreement signed by both sides, and whether to accept an offer is always your decision.
Information you send us
Please give us accurate information about yourself and the property, and only submit a property you own or are authorized to discuss. How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.
Calls
When you submit our form, you agree that Cedar & Bethel may call you at the number you provide about your property and your request. Tell us at any time that you no longer want calls, and we will stop.
Text messages
We text you only if you check the box on our form agreeing to receive texts. Agreeing is never required to request an offer or sell your house to us.
- What you'll receive: messages from Cedar & Bethel about your property and your request, such as follow-ups, questions and appointment details.
- How often: message frequency varies with your conversation with us.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Stop at any time: reply STOP to any message, and we will confirm and stop texting you. You can also tell us on a call or email us.
- Help: reply HELP, or email hello@cedarandbethel.com.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share your mobile number or text opt-in with third parties for marketing. See our privacy policy.
Using the site
Don't misuse the site: no spam, automated submissions, attempts to break in or disrupt it, or submissions on someone else's behalf without their permission. The site's content, design and illustrations belong to Cedar & Bethel.
No advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice. Consider talking to your own attorney or advisor before selling a property.
Disclaimers
