Cedar & Bethel LLC ("Cedar & Bethel", "we", "us") buys houses directly from homeowners. This policy explains what information we collect through cedarandbethel.com and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- What you give us: the property address, your name, phone number and email address when you fill out our form, and anything you tell us by phone, text or email.
- Your text message choice: whether you agreed to receive texts from us, when you agreed, and which version of the consent wording you saw.
- Technical information: our hosting provider records basic request details, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure. We use privacy-focused web analytics that does not use cookies to track you across other sites.
How we use it
- To review your property and contact you about selling it.
- To call you, and to text you only if you agreed to receive texts.
- To keep records of our conversations and any offer or agreement.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
Text messages
If you check the box to receive texts, we may text you about your property and your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never required to request an offer or sell your house to us.
We do not share your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other investors, buyers or lead companies for their own marketing. We share it only:
- With service providers that run our business for us, such as website hosting, our customer database, email, and our phone and text provider. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
- With parties involved in a transaction you choose to go ahead with, such as a title company, closing attorney or lender.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we are discussing your property and for as long as we need it for our records, legal obligations and any transaction. When we no longer need it, we delete it.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- Tell us on a call, or email us, to stop calls.
- Email hello@cedarandbethel.com to ask what information we have about you, or to correct or delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and restricted access, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee it.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
